CMT Worldwide Announces Dulhunty Power, Ltd. Titan Distribution Pole License Agreement

DESCRIPTION: CMT Worldwide and Dulhunty Power have entered into a definitive agreement to license Titan Pole Manufacturing Rights for Australia & New Zealand.

ATLANTA, GA September 28, 2009 — CMT Worldwide & Dulhunty Power have entered into a long-term licensing agreement for the manufacturing rights to the Titan Distribution Pole technology. The Titan Poles will meet the strong Australian demand for fireproof, low carbon footprint distribution poles. Dulhunty Power Ltd has secured property in Geelong, Victoria, Australia to build a full scale manufacturing facility. The facility is expected to provide 30 jobs and will be operational in March 2010.

Mr. Peter Mokhiber, Director CMT Worldwide said “We are excited to have such a strong utility partner to bring the Titan products to the Australian & New Zealand markets”. Mr. Tony Wingrove, Dulhunty Managing Director, said “The Titan Poles were particularly well suited for the Australian market because the poles don’t rot, won’t burn, are impervious to termites, while providing the lowest carbon footprint of any pole product.” Dulhunty invested in a carbon footprint study conducted by Ipernica Ltd. The study concluded the Titan Pole represents the lowest carbon footprint of any manufactured utility distribution product making it perfect for the environment.

This agreement is another step in CMT Worldwide’s aggressive market expansion. They are also working with other local governments to provide jobs throughout the United States and world markets. Each facility is expected to provide up to 30 jobs per location and can operate with either solar or wind energy delivering the cleanest manufacturing facility available.

Composite Materials Technology and CMT Worldwide have invested 10 years developing this patented ground breaking product. Utilizing Owen Corning Technical Fabrics Alkali Resistant Rovings and high performance cement matrix, Titan delivers a superior cost competitive advantage, lower shipping costs and better performance over the products life. Additionally, all products include Radio Frequency Chips for remote tracking, quality control, identification, and maintenance.
